Screens are flashing on and off

With some of our docking stations, there is an issue where the external displays (TV and projector) will flash on and off repeatedly. This occurs mainly due to the model of docking station and the length of the cable that connects the docking station to your laptop.

If you encounter this issue, the solution is to replace the docking station. Please report this to support and we will get it replaced as soon as possible.
