Student Wifi Connection Issues

The computer will not connect to Berman-Students

• Try forgetting the network and reconnecting.
• Reboot the computer and try connecting again
• Be sure the password "berman123" was used

Berman login screen shows "Authentication Failed: Invalid Credentials"

• Verify that the student is using the computer password and not the Google account password.
• Check that the "Domain" field is set to mjbha.org
• If the student has forgotten or does not know their password, submit a request to reset the password.

Student sees the message: "Your connection is not private"

This happens when the student has not yet logged into the Berman login page and tries to access a secure site such as gmail.com.

• Ask the student to try another site such as cnn.com or go directly to the login page at auth.mjbha.org:4100

Student must log in repeatedly every 1-2 minutes

This happens if the student has exceeded the maximum of 2 devices per student logged in at the same time. Typically one of these devices will be a school desktop computer.

• Ask the student if they are logged into any school computers and instruct them to go log out.
• If they do not know which computer it is or say they are not logged into one, submit a help request.
